We are committed to a zero tolerance approach with regards to all forms of bribery and corruption, including facilitation payments. We do not offer improper inducements or pay bribes to anyone for any purpose directly or through third parties. Nor do we accept improper inducements or bribes or anything that could be perceived as such. We expect the same from our customers and business partners.

Legitimate business interactions with public officials or state-owned entities are subject to heightened attention and stricter conditions. Gifts or entertainment should be reasonable, proportionate and made in good faith, and within the limit of local laws and regulations. Most importantly, it must not create a conflict of interest or the perception thereof and always have a legitimate purpose.

To avoid even the suggestions of unlawful or unethical behavior, REDS employees shall, at all times, make every effort to avoid situations that may lead to an impression or suspicion of corrupt practices and exercise good judgment.
